Community and School Exhibits
The Community and School Exhibits are displayed in the McDonald Building. The school booths are open to 4-H, FFA, FCCLA and other related school clubs in our service area. The community booths are open to non-profit groups in a community that provide information and service to their community.
The Exchange Club Fair of Southwest Georgia will be held Tuesday, November 6 through Sunday, November 11, 2012. Please return the attached entry form by September 23rd . It is very important that we have the name, phone number, and mailing address of the contact person. All of the booths are the same size. Each has a 4’ X 8’ center back wall with two attached 2’ X 8 walls at 45 degree angles on each side of the 4’ X 8’ back wall. There are approximately 7’5’’ across the front when open.
The Inside Agriculture – Community Clubs and School Committee reserves the right to reject from judging, any exhibits deemed to be reused from last year and especially those that are identical to last year’s entry.
In order to insure unbiased booth assignments, entries will be assigned in order of their receipt. Priority of assignment will go to those that participated in last year’s fair. There are 19 booths available for display. You will be notified of your acceptance and booth assignment by October 10th. 2012 School & Community Booth Entry Form
